2009-2010 year suggestions or goals

I am starting this thread as a means to get an idea of what all members would like to get out of badger airsoft this year. If anyone has suggestions on how we should do things or how you want to go about doing things differently this year as opposed to other years then please post here. I am open to any suggestions. the suggestions might also include which games we would like to go to as a team, the style our team will work (if we will be a regimented team or a team that works together more loosely to go out and have fun) or even events outside of airsoft we would like to hold (pizza party or similar). any suggestions as all please let me know through this thread. this is open to all and no ideas are bad ideas (within reason)

I think we should try to get enough people to form at least a squad. Cause its a lot more fun when you play in squad I personally think. Cause than you at least know the people your playing with and the game tends to be more fun cause the watch your ass

but seriously.... we should start out loosley based till we get more members, then fall back to our strictly regimented and guided style that we had before everyone graduated/disappeared.

I found quite a few people here in my dorm so whenever we wanna have our next meeting let me know cause there are at least 3 people here who do. And can we get into the orgs thing can I got an email about it

two of them do. idk about the third. 1 is pretty experienced but the other 2 are just beginners. All three paintballed before this so they have the basics

ok, I am awaiting an email back about our application because i do not know for sure if it was received. Anyone and everyone is welcome and I will have an extra gun or two for people who are interested. I will have two once i get them fixed. and remember that anyone in the dorms can not have guns so if they want me to hold on to them i have room.

One of them has an older brother here who plays so he may join in and he has a lot of space for them too

Im not a member yet, but I would like to see a more organized team, I have gone to two meeting and so far i have only seen 4 people. two at each meting.


on the Mil-Sim P-ball team I was on we had role's like Recon, sniper/counter sniper, 1st squad, 2nd squad. Is badger like that. or is it more just force on force.

all so, we should be training in the off season. tactics, what if training, room clearing.

That is our goal. First we need to get enough people to split into squads we will be working on tactics but with people going home over the winter it will be hard. I am planning on working on a tactics test just to see what everyone knows. and by you seeing 4 people you have seen most of the team so far. it is hard to get everyone to show up at the same time though with work and school.

ok looks like we need to do some recruiting then. I can make up some flyers for MATC if you want all i need is a file of the logo.

We were very regimented and squad organized when I first joined... but since then we have lost a TON of ppl... when we get our numbers up again I am sure we will return to our old style.
